ABOUT US

Dan Schuster got started in 1974 and in 1975 founded the company we know today as Schuster Concrete Construction.  Today, Schuster Concrete Construction (currently DGS Construction, LLC) is a leader in the Mid-Atlantic region as commercial concrete construction subcontractor.  Together we've built some remarkable buildings in the Baltimore/Washington area and beyond.

In 1985 Dan Schuster founded Schuster Concrete (currently Schuster Concrete Ready Mix, LLC) to manufacture and supply concrete to his construction projects.  Today we have 8 concrete plant locations and service not only DGS Construction, LLC but also thousands of other customers in the Baltimore/Washington area.

Our most natural next step: DC

Washington D.C., is the most influential place in the world, and also the place where the construction and real estate development are the most dynamic.

History tells us that on September 18, 1793, the cornerstone of the US Capitol was laid by President George Washington himself, and since that day the construction of this city  keeps the march towards the future, Schuster DC is part of that future.

As a family owned set of businesses we think there's some fundamental values that are at the core of our culture that make working here a uniquely rewarding experience.

Throughout the years we have develop  a strong relationship  with developers, general contractors, and industry vendors and together we will be able to keep building on the cornerstone that was left for us.
